By connecting to the server, browsing the website, and using it, you remain a guest on this site; you have the right to be on the site and use it, connect to the server, and remain there until you violate any of the terms or rules described below.

Interaction with Project Resources and Agreement.

• The user, hereinafter referred to as the player, confirms their familiarity with the Project Rules during the registration of their user account.
• The administration reserves the right to regulate suspension periods independently of those specified in the rules sections.
• Project team members can impose restrictions on the player within the entire project, including the game server, forum, and social networks.
• Applied restrictions on the player may apply to all user accounts on which login was previously performed.
• The player undertakes to comply with the project administration's requirements and adhere to the established sections of the Project Rules.
• Project rules may be amended without notifying players, and ignorance of the current version does not exempt from responsibility.
• The email specified during the registration of the user account is not subject to change.

• The project administration is not responsible for the publication of unlawful information on any project resources: game server, forum, and official social networks.
• The project administration is not responsible for the loss of user account data and/or in-game valuables due to the player's fault.
• The administration is not responsible for the loss of in-game valuables in case of voluntary transfer of the account to third parties.

• Private messages between a representative of the administration and a player.
• Video materials and screenshots of project players posted on accessible video and photo hosting services.

1. Communication in All Project Chats
1.1 Insulting players (in the general/world/guild chat) is prohibited. Punishment:

• Chat suspension for a duration of 30 minutes to 24 hours.

1.2 It is prohibited for a single player to send 3 or more identical consecutive messages or messages more frequently than once every 3 minutes in case of chat inactivity, as well as any form of spam or provocation leading to disorder in the chat or on the forum. Punishment:

• Chat suspension for a duration of 30 minutes to 72 hours.

1.3 Impersonating another player with the intent to damage their reputation is prohibited. Punishment:

• Chat suspension for a duration of 30 minutes to 48 hours.

1.4 Any form of intolerance based on gender, race, nationality, or political affiliation is prohibited, as well as promoting such actions towards statements made by other players. Punishments for violations: In chat:

• Chat suspension for a duration of 30 minutes to 14 days. In the nickname:
• Warning to change the nickname. If the player refuses or changes to a nickname that violates the rule again, a permanent character ban is applied.

1.5 Threats of real-life violence and any form of blackmail are prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 1 day.
• Character ban for 3 days.
• Character ban for 7 days. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

1.6 Sharing personal data of project users, any form of harassment, or incitement to harassment that disrupts a player's comfortable gaming experience or presence on the project is prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 1 day.
• Character ban for 3 days.
• Character ban for 7 days. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

1.7 Advertising any external resources in any of the chats is prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 5 days.
• Character ban for 7 days.
• Permanent ban. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

1.8 Forbidden to promote drugs, distribute pornographic materials or any other information not related to the project and / or prohibited by the current legislation of the countries where the player resides.

• Character ban for 5 days.
• Character ban for 7 days.
• Permanent ban. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

1.9 The use of profanity in the world/general and guild chats is prohibited. Punishment:

• Automatic chat suspension for at least 15 minutes.

1.10 Direct insults and derogatory mentions of close relatives in publicly accessible chats are prohibited. Punishment:

• Chat suspension for a duration of 30 minutes to 24 hours.

1.11 Spreading misinformation about the project and attempting to portray the server in a negative light is prohibited. Punishment:

• Character/chat ban from 24 hours to permanent.

2.Transfer and Sale of In-Game Assets
2.1 Stealing the valuables of other players, characters, or accounts is prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 14 days.
• Permanent ban. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

2.2 Any manipulation of in-game currency, as well as the purchase or sale of game accounts and/or in-game items for real-world valuables, including cash and other forms of payment, is prohibited. Punishment:

• Permanent account ban.

2.3 In the event of acquiring in-game assets, the origin of which is unknown to the player, they are obligated to immediately report to the administration the acquisition of such property. Punishment:

• Account ban for all of the player's accounts until the circumstances are clarified, with the removal of in-game assets.

2.4 Deceptive actions, such as impersonating another person and subsequently misleading and deceiving players, are prohibited. Punishments:

• Single violation - Ban at the discretion of the administration.
• Mass violation - Permanent ban for all accounts.

2.5 Offering to buy/sell/power-level and/or posting advertisements for the sale of in-game assets, accounts, and characters for real-world money on external trading platforms is prohibited. Punishment:

• Permanent account ban.

3.Interaction with Project Administration
3.1 Any attempts to bribe the administration are prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 2 hours.
• Character ban for 5 hours.
• Character ban for 12 hours. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

3.2 Any display of disrespectful behavior towards the administration is prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 3 hours.
• Character ban for 12 hours.
• Character ban for 24 hours. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

3.3 Blackmail, threats, and slander against the administration are prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 2 hours.
• Character ban for 5 hours.
• Character ban for 12 hours. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

3.4 Criticizing the actions of project team members is prohibited. Complaints should be submitted through the Support Service. Punishments:

• Character ban for 2 hours.
• Character ban for 5 hours.
• Character ban for 12 hours. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

3.5 Impersonating project administration is prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 24 hours.
• Character ban for 3 days. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

3.6 Sharing personal information about the project administration is prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban for 24 hours.
• Character ban for 3 days. The duration of the ban increases for repeated violations.

3.7 Interfering with the work of the project administration or creating any form of hindrance is prohibited. Punishments:

• Character ban from 24 hours to 3 days.

3.8 Sharing personal correspondence with the project administration is prohibited. Punishments:

• Account ban for 7 days to permanent.
• Permanent ban.

4.Advertising External Resources and Encouragement of Rule Violations
4.1 Any public calls to violate the project's rules are prohibited. Punishment:

• Character chat ban for 3 to 12 hours.

4.2 Public discussion/criticism of external projects and resources is prohibited. Punishment:

• Character chat ban for 5 to 12 hours.

4.3 Any mention of external projects and resources, including indirect or veiled references, is prohibited. Punishment:

• Character chat ban for 5 to 12 hours.

4.4 Publicly announcing departure from the server and inciting other project users to quit the game is prohibited. Punishment:

• Character ban from 12 hours to 3 days.

4.5 Advertising external resources and projects in any of the chats, nicknames, clan names, or shop names, pet names, and any in-game objects is prohibited. Punishment:

• Account ban from 7 days to permanent.

4.6 Advertising any external resources without coordination with the project administration is prohibited. Punishment:

• Account ban from 7 days to permanent.

5.Exploiting Server Bugs, Third-Party Software
5.1 Informing players about discovered bugs, dupes, server errors, and update errors is prohibited: Punishment:

• Character ban from 7 to 30 days, depending on the type of violation.

5.2 Using any third-party software that affects gameplay (such as skill senders, non-server autoswap, etc.) is prohibited. Concerned players who report a violator to the support service will be rewarded after verification and confirmation of the violation. Punishment:

• Account ban from 10 to 60 days, depending on the type of violation.

5.3 Using bugs, dupes, vote manipulation, server errors, and update errors is prohibited. Punishment:

• Warning
• Ban from 3 to 30 days
• Permanent ban

5.4 Modifying, hacking, or making changes to the game client with the intent of gaining an advantage over other players is prohibited. Punishment:

• Warning
• Ban from 3 to 30 days
• Permanent ban

5.5 Distributing malicious software and sharing links to internet resources that may lead to the account owner losing control over their account is prohibited. Punishment:

• Warning
• Ban from 3 to 30 days
• Permanent ban

In-Game Asset Recovery

The server support provides players with the ability to recover lost in-game valuables in cases where the loss occurred due to the player's own mistake. The service is exclusive in nature and applies strictly to a limited list of situations.
Recovery is performed once per request. To have a request considered, the player must contact support on Discord within the established time frame from the moment the mistake was made, provide evidence (screenshots, description of the situation), and clearly specify what exactly needs to be restored. Requests submitted outside the review period, as well as cases not included in the list below, will not be fulfilled.

Each case is carefully reviewed, and in the event of false information being provided, the player will face punishment, up to and including permanent blocking of all accounts.

Player Value Restoration Policy
Cases eligible for restoration:

• Wrong craft. Crafted or purchased the wrong item. Submission period: 1 hour from the moment of the action.
• Accidental item opening. Submission period: 1 hour from the moment of opening.
• Deletion of a unique skill on a genie. Submission period: 1 day from the moment of deletion.
• Accidental sale of an item to an NPC. Submission period: 1 day from the moment of the sale.
• Swapping a tome from Defense to Attack resulting in the loss of a refinement. The old tome will be restored. Submission period: 1 day from the moment of the swap.

All other cases not listed above are not eligible for restoration and will not be considered.
