failed to start the game

After all updated process, I'm trying to start the game and FAILED TO START THE GAME , The operation was alceled by the user

Hello! You need to unblock the file elementclient_x64.exe, which is located in the "x64" folder. Right-click on the file, select "Properties," and then uncheck the "Block" box at the bottom.
