New Event — Bumble Race​

Bumble Race is a competitive race event where success depends on attention and reaction speed, not on equipment or character power.

Event Overview​

The event is a competitive race where players navigate a track filled with obstacles and traps, competing to reach the finish line faster than others.

• Every player can participate.
• Equipment and any character stats do not affect gameplay.
• Players cannot kill or be killed during the event.
• Players can interact with each other using special event skills that hinder movement but do not deal damage.

Event Schedule and Entry​

The event is available three times per day (server time GMT+1):

• 03:30 – 04:00
• 14:30 – 15:00
• 19:30 – 20:00

After the system notification in chat, players have 3 minutes to enter the event.

The event entrance is located in the starting area at the NPC Bumble Master (525, 666)

Bumble Race — Step by Step​

This section describes how the event works step by step, from entry to rewards.

Stage 1 — Entry and Waiting Room​

After entering the Bumble Race event, the player is transferred into a waiting room.
In the waiting room:

• The player prepares for the race.
• A special event genie,
  
  Christmas Deer, is automatically provided.

The Christmas Deer genie replaces all normal gameplay abilities during the event and offers a set of utility skills designed to interfere with other racers and protect yourself.
Available genie skills:

• 
  Root Lock — Immobilizes the target for 6 seconds
• 
  Bold Focus — Removes all negative effects and grants immunity to negative status effects for 10 seconds
• 
  Gravity Hook — Pulls all enemies within 8 meters of the target toward you
• 
  Spatial Mark — Marks the target and returns it to the same location after 6 seconds
• 
  Break Release — Grants invulnerability for 3 seconds and immunity to stuns for 15 seconds
• 
  Gravity Vortex — Creates a vortex that repeatedly pulls enemies within 15 meters for 12 seconds
• 
  Knockback Trap — Places a trap that knocks nearby enemies backward when triggered
• 
  Shock Trap — Places a trap that freezes nearby enemies for 5 seconds when triggered

Stage 2 — Preparation Before the Race​

After spending 3 minutes in the waiting room, a quest to enter the race track becomes available from NPC Santa Claus.
Before accepting the quest, players must:

• Equip the
  
  Christmas Deer genie.

Once the quest is accepted:

• All equipment changes on the character are locked until the event ends.

Stage 3 — Entering the Race Track​

Upon entering the race track, the event rules are fully applied to the character.
The player:

• Transforms into a fairy-tale creature.
• Loses access to all class skills.
• Can only use Christmas Deer genie skills.
• Cannot kill or be killed by other players.

Movement:

• Movement speed is fixed at 7.00 m/s.
• Speed cannot be increased by any skills or effects.

Quest and progression:

• The player receives the Christmas Race quest.
• The quest is completed at the finish line by talking to NPC Santa Claus.
• The quest reward is granted regardless of the final position.

Chest key:

• Each player receives a
  
  Christmas Key.
• This key allows digging one reward chest at the finish.
• There are separate chests for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
• Only one chest can be opened, so the choice is final.

Stage 4 — Race Start​

Two minutes after all players enter the race track:

• The gates open automatically.
• The race begins.

The objective is simple:

• Reach the finish line.
• Each player has 30 minutes to complete the track.

Stage 5 — Track Mechanics and Player Interaction​

Checkpoint system:

• The track is divided into segments with checkpoints.
• If a player falls, they respawn at the checkpoint of the current segment instead of the start.

Obstacles:

• The track contains various traps.
• Traps are visible and can be avoided with careful movement and timing.

Player interaction:

• Players can use Christmas Deer genie skills on each other.
• These skills deal no damage.
• Their purpose is to slow down, displace, or disrupt other racers.

Rewards​

Every player who reaches the finish line, regardless of placement, receives:

• 
  Bumble Token (1000x).

Players who finish first have access to special reward chests at the end of the track.
1st Place — Christmas Chest

• 
  Gleamstone (3x).

2nd Place — Christmas Chest

• 
  Bumble Token (500x).

Event reward exchange is available at the NPC Cauldron of Bumble (518 674) in the starting area.
